The big issue with these RMT spammers is they leave immediately so you can't kick them. One thing that would help would be if an account has an outstanding RMT report then it would be autoblocked from the Novice Network until the report was dealt with. If they would just make that change it would help with the RMT in Novice Network problem. It would also be nice if X number of reports would auto squelch these vermin so their spam would clear up that much quicker.
That is assuming they aren't using a new account because their old one got permabanned for the advertising.
