Steps:
1. Get a character to level 65 by whatever means necessary.
2. Head to The Azim Steppe and go to coordinates X32-Y11, and talk to 'Nigen'
3. Accept the quest 'And Dzo It Goes'
4. Open your Key Item inventory, and look at the key items you have.
5. Notice that one of them is completely missing its name. It has an icon, a description, the name of the quest that it is used for, but is completely missing a name.
6. Use one's own brain and conclude, since this is the only Key Item in the entire game that appears in your Key Item inventory and is missing its name, that this is a bug or a typo from the developer and that somebody forgot to give it a name.
7. Come to these forums, and create a thread using this template, and wonder at the capability for the moderating staff to know what you're talking about.
8. Realize that a picture would help them out, and take one.
