Can a composer rip off their own music though?

Yeah I think in this case it would depend on how the tracks were licensed, if the guy composed them and sold licenses then having the same one in multiple games makes sense.

This post is as retarded as artists who start lawsuits over 3 notes in a song matching theirs.

Whats....Downtown Abby? >.>

If you're a fan of British period dramas then I'd suggest looking into it.

I just listened to both of them back to back but couldnt find a similarity. If anything, the SB opening themes drum roll reminded me of the 20th century fox theme. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XCPj4JPbKtA

Lol maybe so.I just listened to both of them back to back but couldnt find a similarity. If anything, the SB opening themes drum roll reminded me of the 20th century fox theme. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XCPj4JPbKtA
But yea, no similarities whatsoever to DA. Totally different articulation, melody, and tempo.

Um, the Downtown Abby theme sounds NOTHING like the Stormblood title screen. You are really seeing something that none of us see. And why is this in the Lore forum??
