Hunt linkshells with deadbeat members

What is your management approach for members who consistently do not show up for hunts? I'm mainly referring to the following types who:

- Join hunts the first couple of times after being added to the LS, then fall into terminal background status like they have zero interest in hunts.

- Only seem to show up when S ranks are called.

- Haven't logged on after a substantial amount of time.

Since linkshells offer pretty much zero management tools, how do you try to keep your hunt LS current and circulating?

You can check a day or two after maintenance if someone has come back on. When someone hasn't logged in after a maintenance at least for old jobs like the ARR ones someone is a 30 WAR but not MRD (I may have this in reverse, but you'll see what I mean when you view info). I'd take note on those players and kick the out after a while. Other than that I can't say because everyone has various criteria and cultures on how they handle their LS. It's yours...so make sure you have a mission statement, that you state every once in a while and reiterate it when you're cleaning the list as the LS fills up.
