    Unable to log in as specific character

    On my PS4 I was in the middle of "Barrens Mettle" or whatever the dungeon is called in Stormblood and was abruptly disconnected during a fight. Now everytime i log in i get the message "connection with server was lost 10105" during the moogle loading screen, even though im able to log in as a different character on the SAME server [Famfrit] without issue. Please fix this character name Gild Abanaki

    Is it the same ps4? Or are your log in attempts from a pc or something. If stormblood isn't registered you won't be able to login to a character in a stormblood area..

    Failing that try the in game helpdesk from one of your alts or call tech support for a hopefully faster response

    I believe i need manual intervention from SE to get my character out of the instanced dungeon he's stuck in. In which case im boned.
