O4s cleared Static LF 1 Non AST healer for weekly kills and future content prog.

Hey! We are a 5/8 O4S cleared static looking for 1 non AST healer and 2 dps, 1 caster 1 non DRG melee (preference for ninja). An O4s clear is required.

We are looking for players with a good positive mindset who are willing to push themselves and improve. The goal is to do content together as a team(weeklies,optimise or having fun on alt jobs) to prepare for prog in 4.1 and future raid tiers.

Usual raiding time is gmt+8 8:30pm on days we fill out on a weekly google doc. Talking isn't necessary but we expect people to at least be in the voice chat (Discord) for call outs and easy communication.
