    chocobo insurance seals

    yo guys im trying to get my chocobo mount but i dont know who i talk to to trade my seals in for my insurance thingy. please respond thanks

    You get the insurance from the Quartermaster of your chosen Grand Company. You need 200 seals.

    why does it say i only have 3000 seals when ive done like 12 maelstrom quests???
