Are Warring Triad EX WT parties a lost cause right now?

Hello. I'm trying to get an idea if my experiences are shared or I'm just having terrible luck.

For quite some time now, I've tried Sephirot EX parties in PF for WT. But, every single one has been a dumpster fire. Nobody knows what the debuffs are, nobody knows how to handle tethers, nothing. After one wipe, people leave (I guess to try and get carried in a different party?), so it disbands.

I've tried explaining mechanics, and it never seems to make a difference. Is this how it is for everybody? Is this fight just not PUGgable?

I haven't tried Sephirot, but the last few times I tried Zex, people could not handle it. Soars went out and people stood in them, 4+ people dying to Southern Cross, Mercydian Meteors went off, you name it, people failed it.

Pretty much any EX of the previous expansion except the 2 first are a lost cause. People doing it are mostly people who wanna get carried for the mount, or just people who are like "it's fine it's unsynch who cares about metta" then die. So if you're after the mounts, it's far better to try doing it while it's still the actuality, and even know Suasno and Lakshmi team are crappy as hell when the fights are easy af. So, people who just started, they're kinda screwed.

Of the 3 warring triad. Sophia would be the easiest to do for WT. Both Seph and Zurvan have mechanics that you cant ignore or it will kill more than just the person who messed up. Even Niddhog is a bit more forgiving with the exception of fang and claw and dropping black circles in bad locations.

I've actually had semi-good experiences with them, specially Zurvan.

My advice here is: Be the person to go over mechanics real quick at the start. I always make it sound like I'm just reminding everyone of the most important stuff, so no one feels like I believe they're stupid or so (...even though I sometimes do believe that, different story)
I'd also suggest that after a wipe you say something encouraging - like "Okay, we made progress, we got this down, just pay attention to this or that mechanic and we will be fine".

Those primals are not brain-dead easy and probably never will be and I guess a lot of people are just not used to actually having to do mechanics, so those parties just fail... sometimes it helps to be the one person in the leading role, that helds the party together. Sometimes you're wasting your time with a bunch of people who dont understand what "stack on B" means...

Most of the time you might be better off with picking something else from your list though... 16 choices are there for a reason after all...

The only one I tried to PF was Zurvan right after SB released because I wanted to see how different it would be unsynced. We did clear it just about, not on the first try, but I think that was just lucky. I just hope my friends who are experienced with this stuff get some free time to help me farm the mounts I'm missing at some point so I don't need to search for these random groups that can clear and roll against different people each time.

People still fail repeatedly with fights as easy as unsynced LeviEX and IfritEX.

All of these fights are pug'able but only in the first week, maybe first month if even, after release. Anything after will just give you a good insight of today's players we are encountering for a long time now. You are pretty much better off trying it via RF/DF rather than PF, but I wouldn't get my hopes up, at this point lol. Enjoy.

I mean look at the trial roulette, people can't still beat regular titan without stacking echo, or shiva, now you assume they can do any of these X versions, or any X version from the old HW content? Yea right.

The only way you can fail these fights is by over dpsing them, most of the 50 ex primals can be solo'd at 70

Yup, As a RDM I can solo them all but Ramuh because you can either ignore orbs and you will fast die because of the damage increase, or clean them but die because you can't heal yourself anymore.
