[dev1027] Balancing of enemy attributes:

To me one of the major flaws thats behind the scenes is the reliance on the rank of your character vs the outcome of your action. I initially noticed this with synthesis actions. Wearing proper gear does little to help a synth when compared to the lvl of you vs the lvl of the synth. You should be able to overcome lvl gaps with gear. This point was then made on a different site regarding lvl of the mob vs your lvl. Basic dmg calculation is overly dependent on the dLVL (difference in your lvl and the mobs lvl).

This is the basic reason that you can go into a fight with any gear and it doesn't affect the outcome. Using a better weapon is negated by the dLVL in place. You can see this by changing the stars in a guildleve where the mobs go from red to blue.

Please tune down the dLVL impact on fighting actions and synthesis actions.
