If they do a crossover for NieR: Automata they should go all out. Weapons for every job as well.

I was about to post the same topic. Nier: Automata was one of the best games I have ever played. I would so much love to have the glamour of weapons, armor and hairstyle in FF XIV! It would probably also boost sales of Nier: Automata. But here is the problem - SE should have done an event around the time of the release of the game. I kinda doubt they will do it. Probably nobody thought the game would be such a huge success.
