I bought FFXIV Stormblood from the PSN store and after setting up Mog station etc, I tried to login. I saw that the Square ID, which was autofilled as my PSN ID, was locked and I couldn't change it to the right Square ID where all my licenses are linked to.
Then I remembered I had FFXIV on a separate account because I did the PS3->PS4 switch and couldn't link it to my new PSN for PS4.

First I called Playstation, they said they can't do anything for me. Non refundable. I have to call Square to unattach the Square ID and move it.
So I call Square and they say that's not a good idea because if I move my Square ID I lose the licenses for ARR & Heavensward while doing it...
I then call back to Playstation and they say sorry, can't help you but you can make a new Square ID account on the PSN where you have the DLC and start anew.

Yeah, no thanks. I just want to get a refund, buy the DLC on the right account and start playing.
They won't lose any money in the end anyway, I would just buy it again immediately??
I asked for a superior and they say they can't put him on the phone and he will probably say the same thing anyway.

Anyone know what I can do about this?
Am I asking for too much?
At this point I already paid subscription fee and a server transfer (and DLC), why is it so hard to help a paying customer??
