I'm not seeing the next quest for the Yo-kai event to get the mount.

There is no quest to buy the mount. There's only one quest, 'A Complete Game-changer', which you've clearly done as you're able to get the minions.

The mount is received from the achievement "You Must Needs Befriend Them All", so you need to head to New Gridania and talk to Jonathas at Apkallu Falls and 'share a tale' with him to get the mount.

Thanks for the reply! I'm a little blind when it comes to seeing which achievement has an item connected to it.

It can take some getting used to for sure. You need to click on an achievement in order for it to 'open up' and let you see the rewards that might be on it. It could definitely use some improving..
