    Unfortunately I'm afraid you won't get much help here as these forums are just for players to help other players and you need SE themselves for account related issues.

    That being said, I don't know if this helps or not, but they have some forms you can fill in (they take two weeks to process though):

    If I'm understanding correctly, the first is what you probably want, but I don't think that's any different to when you contacted SE already and they wanted you'd lose the licences when you do that and doing it by phone would be loads faster.

    Well it's helpful to know they accept similar cases, thank you. I went back and forth Playstation 3 times and ended up having a call with a very helpful Square employee who suggested to escalate the situation internally to get in touch with Sony themselves.
    Good, because I wasn't being treated like a paying customer (for over 20 years lol), it felt more like I was a pain in the ass to them.
    Anyway, she asked to provide proof of buying the DLC and showing the different log-in screens etc... She gave me hope but I understand no one is obligated to help me at all.

    I was on the fence about starting this game again, I just feel like I'm not really asking anything that's impossible...
