It's a highly accurate measure as well because it eliminates all outside variables.

I also think sss highlights why the devs don't want an in game parser. Because if people cannot use sss dummies correctly and understand the information they provide. There is no way players will understand what a parse actually means or even use it correctly.
It's a great practice dummy but over all that all it is.

I need to gauge my dps in a raid or dungeon while dodging aoes...ect and know exactly what my dps is at that moment. I'm tired of guessing what my dps is... I really would like to get in a static group and take on the hardest content in the game but I need some kind of parser to make sure that I am pulling my weight during all phases in a fight. I want to see actual numbers every 20 or 30 secs to make sure that I am pulling my weight. I dont need to see what the other guy is doing as it is their responsibility to pull their own weight.
