I think if we got an official piece like this for XIV's summoner it'll definitely show a lot of love is going into the art direction/design of the game, which quite honestly many MMOs lately just plain don't show.

I did like the look of 11's summons, but considering 14's Ifrit looks nothing like 11's I doubt it will be in a similar style. (or are you just asking for concept picture in general ?)

Goes without saying that the game has a lot of work put into the art style though.

We've already seen concept art for Garuda and Leviathan.
