deliver a bronze ingot

hey guys i have 10 copper ore, 14 tin ore, 118 fire shards, all to make a bronze ingot, but when i sythesize it it goes to 52 of 312 for some reason it doesnt finish the sythesize please help guys ;D

Crafted items have two different progess meters you can increase - you need to work on the other one.

The 52 of 312 is the quality of the item you are trying to make. This governs the chance you have of making it an HQ (High-Quality) item.
To actually finish the synthesis you need to do all the progress needed for that item. Different skills for that. You need that to be 9 of 9 for a bronze ingot - one succesful use of your Basic Synthesis skill should be enough.

Where are they? The point of the quest is that you're supposed to make them. If you made the first one, you just make two more the same way. It's a level 5 recipe.

For each one, you'll need:
a bronze ingot (you already know how to make those)
a piece of undyed hempen cloth (you can either buy that from a vendor or if you also unlock weaver, can make it with a level 2 weaver recipe)
a piece of maple lumber (from a vendor or from a level 1 carpenter recipe if you're a carpenter).
a fire shard
and an earth shard

Look at your crafting log to see ingredients needed. You can search logs and more become available as your class goes up.

For miners, your main hand tool is a pickaxe and your off-hand tool is a sledgehammer (like the level 11 Bronze Sledgehammer). Your pickaxe lets you mine from "Mineral Deposit" nodes (shown with a yellow icon on the mini-map) and your sledgehammer lets you mine from "Rocky Outcrop" nodes (shown with a blue icon on the mini-map). Since you always have to have a main-hand equipped, you should always be able to mine from mineral deposits that are within your level range, but you'll need an off-hand sledgehammer as well in order to mine from rocky outcrops.

The corresponding ones for Botanist are main hand hatchets to harvest from Mature Tree nodes and off-hand scythes to harvest from Lush Vegetation nodes. (Fishing works differently, and doesn't get an off-hand tool until reaching Stormblood content and level 61.)
