Hey, downloading the past few updates is taking way to long. My internet downloads through steam and Xbox live around 80mbs but through the launcher I'm getting .01mbs

That's a bit ridiculous. Its taking an hour just to download an 84mb update. My phone can go faster than that.

What gives?
