Hasty Hand option not showing up after a few synthesis

Steps:

1. Set up "Hasty Hand" ability via Main Menu > Actions & Traits, along with Close Inspection, Manipulation, Tender Touch, Fullfilment, Brand of Lightning, Immersion and Flawlessness.
2. Started synthesis actions by clicking on Goldsmithing icon on micro menu.
3. Selected item [item=10004026]Jade[/item] in order to craft [item=10004128]Jadeite[/item] and started crafting process selecting Hasty Hand.
4. I clicked on Recipes > Jadeite for the second and following syntheses.
5. I could select Hasty Hand on the interaction menu a few times (4 if I remember correctly), but then it didn't appear anymore for the rest of the syntheses.
6. I cancelled synthesis by Cancel button.
7. I started synthesis actions again, clicked on Recipes > Jadeite and Hasty Hand option became available as normal.

I had this happen a couple of times too, but I didn't bother to cancel the synthesis or stand up or anything. Did you notice how many other crafting abilities were available to you when Hasty Hand was not? I think there is a limit to how many options you can have available to you, and if 4 (or some number...) other abilities show up, then Hasty Hand gets kicked out. I haven't done much testing to figure it out though.
