House demolished without approval

I recently found out that simply paying for an active account does not allow you to keep your house. Why is it that there's only a sub-menu "you" as the player have to click on (under caretaker) that says 30 days warning if you don't walk into it (this means you could be logged in all the time but you actually have to walk in!) but when you actually buy the house you get no such warning it just says ok pay this and pay that. At no point do you get actually notified when buying the house about the warning! So apparently it's ok to have an apartment and not lose your stuff (because there's no walking in/out rule) but if it's a house you have to steal it and say it's fair compensation to only get 80% of the cost back!

If you didn't actually go into your house for 45 days (it's 45 days of inactivity, not 30), then you're clearly not using the house, so will you really notice if you no longer have it?

After 30 days of having not been entered, SE put an alert on the estate page of the timers menu in game.

After 35 days SE send you an email at the address on your account.

After 42 days they send another email.

Sorry that you didn't looking into how housing worked before you purchased and that you missed all the warnings.

Sorry to hear you lost your house, but the game does give a lot of fair warning prior to the actual demolition happening.
