0.5) No one has a parser so no one can tell who's doing what, so everyone start calling eachother names and claiming the party is trash, a waste of their time and/or simply leaves without saying a word wasting another 7 people times on reforming a new party since once 1 leaves it's a domino effect until 2 or 3 are left.

Or, they kick the person who they're assuming to be the lowest DPS ("It must be the Machinist! I read somewhere their damage is bad!"), leaving the real weakest link in the party, and clear the fight with a new DD who just happens to be able to carry the weak one.
