Just another thread asking for in-game parsing for ps4 users

I just don't think it's fair to anyone

Do you think it's fair:
- for a party to wipe to enrage repeatedly because a person is underperforming and there's no way of knowing who that is?
- for a person to get blamed for underperforming without a reason, even to get removed from a group because they're accused for doing low DPS (while they're not), without having an opportunity to defend themself?
- for a person to get carried through fights by others, playing at a level where the party wouldn't be able to clear the content if the rest of the team wasn't working extra hard, just because the others don't know about it (or aren't allowed to say they know about it)?

I've been playing this game on consoles since ARR beta. It's not hard to tell when someone is under performing.
My hope is YOU get banned for harassment when you keep sending all you're phony reports in and a lot of them are found to be console players.
I've rarely but it has happened told someone when they are not pulling their weight.

If GM's allow parties to kick other players due to "PlayStyle" which in my book is harassment then why can't we have group or individual parcers? All the devs need to do is create a calculator in battle chat that automatically gives you a "DPS" read out every 10 secs, 20 ses, 30 secs, 1 min 30 secs, and 3 mins 30 secs. Allow for options for when the parcer gives you a read out. So instead of it just giving you damage read out per skill it simply gives you a DPS meter so it does't fill up your chat box with numbers... Problem solved.

DCUO did something like that and never once heard a complaint about it.

They can even go 1 step further and give you max damage out every 1 min or 3 mins.... which i think would greatly increase the quality of players out there.



DPS meter and max damage out meter would be a huge help... I need to see where i can improve my rotation... please make this happen devs

I honestly wouldn't be against even asking for a parser netting you a Ban. Because it means you are asking to break the rules.

Asking for an official parser isn't breaking the rules. It's asking SE to change their stance. AKA asking SE to change their own rules. Something SE can do whenever they want.

Yoshi basically says he accepts people using them as long as they use it responsibly. Unfortunately most people use it as cancerous as they possibly can.

At least in my datacenter never saw people harassing others openly.

From what I've seen, that's quite in the minority. The vast majority of people parsing understand the rules and aren't going to give you hell for underperforming.
