I got a low range laptop for work and would like to play on it. I ran the benchmark on it beforehand to assess and the results were "Standard".

However when I run the game I get the following error. I copied the game folder from my pc if it makes any difference.

The game also does not run in DX9 mode too. It shows same error with different numbers.

First I'd recommend is to see if your graphics Cards drivers are up to date.

If I'm reading your system log right it seems the game is trying to launch on your Intel Integrated graphics card. You can first try setting the AMD R5 M230 gpu as preferred Graphics processor for FFXIV and see if you can now launch it.
