Steps:
1. Tried to start an Eternal Bond ceremony.
2. The NPC states I have not annuled my last bond, which I have already previously.
3. The item "Eternity Ring" is no where, as I have already handed it over to the Sanctum Acolyte.
3. It will not let me progress past this, even though I have received a new promise wristlet from the mogstation.
4. The person I am trying to EB is also having this same issue, with these same steps.
