    I feel like it's something that is appropriate only toward the elder primals. Bahamut, Odin; going to go on a limb and say that'd cover the warring Triad. Primals that have been around since the peak of the Allagan age or more. Beings that have clearly lost quite a lot of power over the ages due to lack of followers.
