4.1 what class changes are you expecting

Well I'm hoping they make a few changes to scholars dissipation.

An Idea for this would be for 10 sec your aetherflow abilities gain an additional fairy effect.

    If you sacrifice eos:
Lustrate gains a 2 sec CD but increases it's potency increased by 250.

Sacred Soil magic damage is increased by 10% for allies inside it's barrier.

Excognation as long as it's not procd the target receives 10% extra healing from the scholar.

Indom heals all targets for 100 potency for 20 sec.

    Selene's sacrifice:

    Lustrate additional 250 potency.

Sacred Soil physical damage resistance increased by 10%.

Excognation no longer heals shields for the same potency for 10 sec.

Indian gains a galvanize shield for the same potency CD is increased to 1 min

I'd like them to look into Selene and Dissipation. Make Selene viable and tweak Dissipation so it's not quite as situational.

I would also like them to either remove Sacred Soil from being an Aetherflow ability, or buffing it a little. As for Adlo, after doing O4s I do believe it needs a minor mp cost adjustment. I pretty much never get to use that ability anymore in this fight as I'm already having to use Succor every now and then and can't justify going OOM for a 300 potency shield. I'd even go as far as to say buffing the potency would be useless in such situations if you can't even use the move in the first place. Minor adjustment because it's not a move that should be spammed!

Make the Scholar and Summoner less Clunky.
Not going into buff this, increase that etc.

Just make these pet classes smoother to play.
They weren't so bad prior to 4.0 in the way they played, but the subsequent changes introduced a Clunkiness* (*technical word deficiency here) in their playstyle.

And improve the sometimes 'mind of it's own pet' AI - it's not that great compared with other games' summons.

I think Summoner's clunkiness came from the loss of being able to chain DWT since Aetherflow can't be used in DWT, Aetherflow can't grant stacks if you have Aethertrail, and only one Aetherflow action can be used to gain Aethertrail. And, for all of these hoops you need to jump through, SMN only gets 18s of their burst period and can't get it again until Aetherflow comes off cooldown about 30-40s later. In addition, two DWTs are needed to summon Bahamut, so some people have taken to end their opening DWT almost immediately to get Bahamut that much faster. Then there's Demi-Bahamut has his own problems. He removes the current pet, but he himself is untargetable (which completely destroys Titan-Egi's usefulness, besides the loss of Sustain). Bahamut won't attack unless the Summoner performs an action with his GCD being lower than the Summoner's, meaning Summoner has to use oGCD abilities, including Addle, to force Bahamut to attack. Bahamut prioritizes movement before attacking, even though Bahamut has a range of 100y. That's far more than the size of arenas, but Bahamut has to wiggle his giant butt before he blasts the enemy.

Scholar's problem was that, previously, Scholar didn't have to heal that much since the fairy could very much cover the bulk of their healing, Scholar's MP efficiency was godly, and Cleric Stance hurt them the least. Now, Embrace got nerfed again, shield costs are only slightly less than Raise and their essential healing is pitiful, and Aetherflow's MP restoration was cut in half. Scholar's now extremely dependant on using their oGCD heals, more so than the other healers, but their healing abilities are all tied to the same, essential cooldown of 30-60s (depending on cooldown use), which wouldn't be so bad if each of these skills had their own cooldowns after use (besides Lustrate). If they want it to be more GCD healing focused, shields need to be slightly stronger and much cheaper. If they want us to be oGCD focused, then the oGCD heals shouldn't have their own cooldowns. I, personally, think that Sacred Soil and Excogitation shouldn't cost Aetherflow since they are hardly worth using the Aetherflow (Excog is slightly more worth it, but almost no one uses Sacred Soil unless it's necessary to absorb ultimate attacks and Exdeath's Meteor).

The pets themselves are a problem between both of them. The pets will prioritize their basic attack, putting the abilities you tell them to use in a queue. Eos is blatantly better than Selene (Selene is too situational for the most part, and its support is too weak to outweigh Eos's fantastic passive healing), and Titan is practically unusable. The pets are automatically set to Sic, and it's always reset back to Sic upon logging in despite what you had it set at before (minor nitpick, but it's annoying for me).
