Inactive FC has a name I'd like to use

FC and Player names need to be recycled after a certain amount of time. Not 45 days like housing but maybe 6 months to a year I think is good. If you haven't played in 6 months its a good chance you're not coming back anyway. So many great names are tied up by people who quit to never return.

Spent 4 years inactive, I'm rather happy to find both my name and Linkshell still intact. Never did upgrade to a FC, maybe I ought to fix that. Food for thought at any rate, Not everyone that drops for 6 month to a year (or more) is gone for good.
