    1.All scale off VIT. So make it fair and scale it off that or make it original and scale off something else.
    2.We need a ranged PHY and MAG tank so consider that.
    3.This game's MO is lots of jobs so the question is are these new jobs going to be flavors of each other or drastically different without being broken.

    I expect when it is all said and done at some point for XIV to have 25-30 DOW/DOM
