    Relinquishment Announcement

So, I've had an idea for a small thing to improve communication. As it turns out, there seems to be problems of houses being sold without tenants/FC members being informed beforehand. This resulted in someone asking in Novice Network very recently why they'd lost the ability to teleport to their house!

My suggestion therefore is this: Similar to how we have in-game announcements for things like the demolish timer, I would like to see an in-game announcement being given to all tenants/FC members when a house is sold. If they are offline at the time of sale, give them it when they next log in.

As I'm sure you are well aware, it takes more than one person to be able to kick a player from a duty, so in all those instances there were at least two people agreeing they'd be better off without you tanking.

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure it actually does say in chat when the estate is demolished/built, but as it's a single line, it's easily missed.

It would also appear in the FC activity log, just that actually requires people to look at it.

Not to say I disagree with your suggestion to tell players later if they're offline at the time, but the activity log is already there for them to look at. I also personally think it's up to the FC management to update the company board/login message with that sort of thing rather than SE having to do it. But then if the FC management is just removing the house for whatever reason...
