Excluding Players from Ultimate Savage is Not the Right Move

What the OP fails to see is that all of omega is gated behind each floor. You can't even enter 2 without beating 1.

Let's say that the pre-requisite of clearing O4S were moved. If this happens, raiders can just skip O1-4S, and have the same opportunity to play content that other players who cleared the tier have. I think there should be a reward for players who cleared O1-4S, even if that reward is in the form of an even harder fight. Moreover, the rewards for farming Super Savage include unlimited 345 weapons, a reward that shouldnt be given to players who skip O1-4S completely.

Another way to look at it is that an entire patch worth of content in O1-4S can be skipped, which SE probably wouldn't want.

Even if they can't down it, they still have the right to go inside to see it. It is not fair for a player being locked. Even if it is just to enter and see how it is the figth and that. And pelase, don't say youtube, that's not even close experience compared to play it.

As someone else pointed out, why can't I queue into Final Steps of Faith or Royal Menagerie on my level 13 alt "just to see it?" Like with Neo Exdeath, this is content meant for raiders. If you want to participate, go clear Neo Exdeath otherwise you can wait until the inevitable echo buff or when our ilvl is high enough it's faceroll content.

OKAY HERE IS THE TRUEST ANSWER YOU CAN FIND. I haven't completed O4S at all this whole time (Been pugging since week 1 and just got into a static the is on O4S Prog).

I "SHOULD BE" LOCKED OUT OF ULTIMATE SAVAGE. If my Gear, DPS, Tank or Heals, dont have the ability to beat the Hardest Content IN THE GAME RIGHT NOW, do you even think you will make it through the first 1-2mins of Ultimate Savage... Thats Like saying i just hit 70 on my WHM going to do O4S right now with class quest gear.

If you had even cleared all content before back in Turn 9 when that savage mode was release (when it was current content) you know the difficulty and how hard it was for even PRO teams to beat it... I can't wait till I see the Pure Hell Yoshi is trying to release on us this time.

Ultimate has the same criteria as Extreme/Savage contents. You have to clear their normal version before you're allowed access to Extreme/Savage.
You have to clear Savage before unlocking Ultimate.

Because a dead horse can run the regular version of Omega or any other raid tier, and that's what the OP probably was counting on, now that some effort need to be put into clearing the regular savage turns, he/she feels like that it might become impossible to clear with current static or pugs, but that he/she don't want to be locked out behind the savage gate, because we all know that the ultra version is much more rewarding and farm able at the end. Also it's easier to join a PF and pretend you are knowing the fights, instead of getting the message that one or more people can't enter because they haven't cleared it yet. But yea there's no logic, just the general complaint of locking out the less fortunate.
