So I wanna get my tank up. From what I've heard dungeons are fastest for tanks.
I'm currently 54.

But my question is, will i get more exp from doing duty finder over and over getting random dungeons? Or from selecting dungeons at/around my level and just running them over and over.

I'd say do all the roulettes every day to get that Adventurer in Need bonus, then do your highest level dungeon.

Roulettes and highest level dungeon until Gubal Hard. If you do all the mass pulls, that dungeon nets a larger sum of EXP until 63 due to how fast you can complete it.

dont forget weekly challenges, 3 and 5 DF dungeons, 5 commendations, 3 guildhests, 5 fates from different areas, 20 fates, 5 differently plated levequests, check the challenge log. Lots of good chunks of XP every week for stuff you're probably already doing. Just make sure you trigger the reward while playing whatever class you're leveling.

Definitely the Leveling Roulette for the daily bonus, followed by a lv 50 roulette if you can and want a dungeon where you know you can get away with double or triple pulls (because hurrah for gear, aoes, and the possibility of a competent healer). Once those are out of the way, do dungeons your level.

Too many people forget the challenge log exists, and has some decent EXP rewards. Just doing your normal Roulette's you can easily finish the dungeon and commendations parts of the challenge log. Even if you do your EX Roulette, then switch to your tank and do all the others(even do your Main Scenario, even though it might take longer, you can net 1+m EXP with the daily run of it) you can do those in 1 day if you run 1 additional dungeon after your roulettes finish(EX>50/60>Leveling[3 Duty Finder Dungeons done]>Trials>Main Scenario[Commendations done if you had an empty slot in party for a random all the way from start]>Guildhest[lowest EXP reward, but still EXP]>Frontline>highest eligible dungeon[5 dungeon complete]). This get's those weekly challenge logs done in one day.
