I'm very happy to see the Blackbosom set added to the game, but I feel like a visor option for the hat to hide the eye patch would be greatly appreciated by a lot of players.

I'm surprised no one else has replied to this. Unless it's mentioned elsewhere and I didn't catch it. I agree though that I wish the eyepatch was visor-able... I was disappointed when I found out it was not. I feel like it would be an easy thing to do considering you can visor the hair-like-thing off the Xenobian hood for tanks from Castrum Abanaia versus something we're paying for off the Mogstation.
I'd love a visor option for this, yeah. I might actually wear the hat then. Not a huge fan of the eyepatch look.

It isn't? I never tried it or felt the need to, but I assumed it was.
Well, this is highly disappointing....
Jesus Christ, I'll even do the work for you, SQEX, just add this please.
You have to remember though, this piece is specifically a npc's unique attire, and has the eyepatch as a part of it because.... well... that npc needed it (the assumption was that Edda actually tore her own eye out so as to give it to 'Avarre' for use as another vessel 'he' could inhabit (or rather, the naga voidsent masquerading as him). This isn't a generic hat. It's specifically part of the outfit's design which that npc wore. So I don't see SE changing that I'm sorry to say.
While this may make sense in the lore, you can't hold these standards on every gear you make. In fact, if that was the case, they would make you wear the whole set or nothing.
I don't see they making the change either; I was just posting this here to let they know THIS IS NOT FORGOTTEN.
I don't know. That argument could kind of go either way. Her need for it could just as well indicate the eyepatch is more a part of her and not part of her outfit, so someone else wearing the same outfit wouldn't necessarily have it.
