i332 MCH Looking for Static (GMT +10)

Hey! Pretty much as the title says, I'm a MCH hoping to find a static. I've been pugging so far and it's, uh, not gone great. I've cleared O1S-O3S and have seen up to Grand Cross Omega in O4S, though I haven't really been able to get consistent practice so am still somewhat rough with a lot of Neo stuff. I also haven't done as many O1S/O2S runs as I have O3S and am still making the occasional dumb mistake in those.

Some other stuff about me

-I can take a little while to warm up to new people, especially in voice chats, but am generally rather friendly once I do (albeit with a sometimes odd train of thought).
-I judge myself way more than I judge others, but at the same time I want to start making at least consistent progress myself.
-I like lasers, explosions, and disembowel.
-I'm currently studying at uni, so there is a non-zero chance I may have to focus on finishing assignments on Wednesdays or Fridays.
-I'm also currently staying at uni. The connection is fine for game stuff, but seems to dislike desktop applications that connect to the web. I can use Discord via browser, but it occasionally borks and makes everyone sound like a demonic robot / not register my mic.
-I am very good at SusEx. I've run SusEx a smidge under 200 times. I still don't have the dog.
-The above isn't really relevant to raiding unless you get excited by the idea of having that one person who 99% of the time gets amazingly bad rolls.
-I can also be incredibly stubborn.
