Thanks for the regular reminder that players with male characters aren't important to you, S-E. Stay classy.

You have the ayyymeric outfit, and people have been asking for the edda one over and over. Do you want to just get that dress on male characters? Because I'm pretty sure then some would complain about feminine clothes for males too, and if you want a redisgn we'd have to wait another year or so, looking at the bunny outfit.
dank meme

I'd have been happy for a male-specific equivalent, or to just adapt the dress as-is for males. If they're using a female Lala to show it off, why not unlock it? Male Au Ra have more curves than a female Lala, for heaven's sake.
People have been asking for bunny ears - not even the full costume, just unlocked ears which already fit their models - for two and a half years. Well before this dress was ever made. It's a ridiculous double standard.
If you look at the mog station it actually is overall even for outfits gender locked with the men actually having 1 more than women listed. In game is another story but you may not want to pull the mog station into this where male outfits are favoredAnd you have the Minfilia outfit (which even has genderlocked hair, unlike ours), and the bunny costume, and the Thavnairian Bustier, and the Bridesmaid costume and...

I think a good question would be what generates them the most revenue. Are they making more money off the female outfits on the mog station? Do they find more female characters using Lv. 1 glamour outfits than men? If they do then maybe it isnt a gender bias but an actual time vs product value being taken into account.

I highly doubt folk would complain overly much if it was for both genders. :PYou have the ayyymeric outfit, and people have been asking for the edda one over and over. Anyway. Not dyeable. Not account-wide. Not worth it.

Female glamour/cosmetic outfits will always appeal to the majority and in turn sell more because they are more popular. I get that people want more glamour for males but it's never going to be as popular or sell as well as glamour for females, It's like this in every JPN/Korean mmo.
Can y'all please just stop. SE doesn't need you making excuses for them. There's no reason to be contrary to people wishing for more equal treatment - it doesn't hurt you in the slightest.Female glamour/cosmetic outfits will always appeal to the majority and in turn sell more because they are more popular.
