Good afternoon, could someone please advise on drk bis. Ive seen couple of drks with very good parses who use genji body, some of them use creation body. Advise please!.

It depends on whether you want to do full DET or mixed. The general consensus seems to be going for the DET build mainly because you can't maximize CRIT/DH as a tank for now.

I'm not totally convinced on the DET build even after comparing logs but that's for now, up for testing whenever possible.

There is a Skill Speed breakpoint for DRK at 1116 which gets you a GCD recast of 2.38. If you achieve this, you get a 7th GCD under Blood Weapon. This translates into a gain of 67 potency/minute if you execute every BW window perfectly. One reason for using the Genji chestpiece (DET/SKS) over the augmented chestpiece (TEN/CRT) is to reach this SKS breakpoint. There are alternate combinations of Genji pieces that can achieve the target without the chestpiece, but the Genji chest is a pretty efficient way of doing it (giving 253 SKS) without having to give up the augmented belt and boots (DET/CRT), which together cost you 236 SKS. The chest offsets the cost of this.

There are higher theoretical breakpoints for a 4th GCD under Delirium-BW and an 8th GCD under BW (2184 and 3119 respectively), but these are too high to be relevant in practice.

Sorry, should be 8 GCDs. I'd forgotten that the first hit happens immediately.

15/7 = 2.14s (under the effect of BW's 10% reduction)
2.14/0.9 = 2.38s (prior to activating BW)

The breakpoint occurs at 1116 SKS, though, to get the extra hit and tick.

Xeno's Twitch has 2 ariyala links on what he believes to be BiS (type !bis on chat). The sks thingy, not something I really believe. Quite a good amount of the top DRK players are at 1k sks, some even below 900.

The melds still seems to favor DH. But the main stat on the gear is Det.
