Officially hit the "waking up in a cold sweat because of a housing rush nightmare" mark last night. The upcoming days are going to be unbearable.

I don't even want a house there and I have these nightmares LMAO.

I had a nightmare a few weeks back that SE decided that someone could challenge you to a duel for your house and you couldn't decline the duel request.

A small bit of new info from the preliminary patch notes.
- While we knew you had to do the proper quest to reach shirogane on your own, they've clarified that it's also a requirement to purchase a plot there.
- Relocation (moving) puts a 5 minute lock on the plot so it can't be moved again for 5 minutes.
- If you the total number of objects in the store room and outside exceed the limits of the store room, you will not be able to move. (ie: 400 objects placed in a mansion and 100 in storage would prevent you from moving)
- Apartments cannot be relocated.
- Interactive items stored in the store room will retain their placed objects (flowers, plants, wheels, etc).
Replaced my storeroom image with theirs and sniped one of the new furniture images from the notes.
Blank wall partitions added finally! These might be interactive objects which could prove painful. It's going to require a block of wallpaper each from what I can see. They really need to let us learn fixtures or make them a permanent part of a house so it doesn't get destroyed.
Have to dart out the door, I know I didn't get everything but take a gander at the patch notes!

Really glad we've finally got placeable interior window items, I'm going to free up so many item slots not having to use picture frames as faux windows like this.

So can't seem to find an answer to this, but when a house goes back on the market following relocation will it be listed at the price it was purchased, minimum or maximum price?

A while ago a friend of mine bought a home from a friend who relinquished his and she had to pay the maximum price for it. I assume it'll work the same.
Just putting this here for easy reference, they don't have screenshots yet but it's a good spot to see what's new:
4.1 new furniture!
Please consider adding them to your adblock whitelist and support the website if you find them helpful~
Dusty, could you help to update the link to the first post if possible?

Plopped it at the top. I wish the site had some kind of donation button instead, I don't like turning off my adblock stuff for anyone anymore. So many people injecting things through advertisers.Just putting this here for easy reference, they don't have screenshots yet but it's a good spot to see what's new:

Looks like those new veggie minion vases aren't craftable. Thought that might pick up the minion seed market a bit.

Yeah, but the ads on this site aren't intrusive so it's fine. You don't need to turn off adblock, just add the domain into your white list will do.Plopped it at the top. As for the new minion vase, I think it's a loot from the new hidden tomb.
