Honestly, IMHO it should be a resource generator, not a spender. At 100 pot, it's too weak to justify using it.

At 100 pot for 20 gauge, it's slightly weaker than Fell Cleave and 2x stronger than Inner Beast...
Understand the move before calling it weak.
