I think the Raid Roulette is a good idea. If they offer up suitable rewards (I'd say 30-40 Creation at least), then I'd jump on it.

The last thing I want them to do, though, is integrate the old raids into content like the new relic -- again. Offer new rewards instead of tying them to new content.
