    In all honesty they don't need to add the system from XI. They just need to add it to loot list like every other drop in this game.
    I myself am slightly over 200 wins vs Ifrit and I've gotten at LEAST 5 of every weapon for the exception of the Bow and Lance, plus I've only gotten 2 totems after nearly 100 wins since patch. I've completely given up on getting the rest of them because I'm just too worn out from playing it despite how badly I want the Archer weapon.
    And as far as Moogle goes, I can honestly say that I'm still in the single digits on just attempts simply because I heard the drop rate was the same. My LS has gone nearly quiet and most of my good friends left to play SWTOR since the patch because of the fact that Moogle is nearly a carbon copy of Ifrit with Hellfire 2.0 and very bad drop rates.

    The bad drops are making people quit and not play more. Make it go to loot and people will keep playing. Keep it how it is and more people will quit.

    Weapons in dungeons are pooled its not impossible.. Either that or make the Nuts and totems 100% drops.. Not like there will be all that many extra weapons flooding in.. That's one guaranteed weapon per 3 runs.
    Yeah i totaly agree its ridiculous, the kupo nut charms should be 100% drop. I think its extremely reasonable to do 20 runs and get 20 nuts and exchange them for 1 wepon. And the wepons should definatly be tradeable when you loot them, people getting doubles and others getting nothing ever is so fkin lame. im like 0/20 myself now on the wepons and 2 nuts. Its been desgined like this because they know us long time players have nothing else to do endgame apart from this fight over and over and they want us to farm it for months. Yeah its a fun fight but its getting tedious and unrewarding. Also anyone that doesnt agree is fking trolling this thread.

    II'm not even going to bother going into this with you cause it simply isn't worth my time.

    If they would make the drops goes into the loot list like drops from mobs but not advertise it to other players I would be happy. That way people can pass a item to someone if they want but won't feel forced by someone to give up their drop.

    Edit: I have over 15 wins (I don't really keep count) I have 2 weapons I can't use and have never seen a totem. Someone I know has already traded in some totems for a weapon. I think I just got unlucky on totems and won't complain about the drop rate.

    Shared loot pool anyone can lot/pass in, there were a few tiny issues but even with that it's far better than what we have now. The low drop rate isn't even the issues it's the low chance that you will find yourself with the correct item at the end of the day.
    Or just rip the avatar/abyssea loot system from XI as well when you complete a primal fight:

    Choice of Item
    Choice of Weapon
    Choice of Pact (For lesser summons)
    Choice of Gil

    Very simple, obviously they'll have to adjust the reentry timer to slow the amount of weapons flooding in, but it's a trade off for 100% acquisition people want.

    this new loot system is more bullshit than the previous one. Now u have charms that drop at just as shitty a rate as weapons taking up possible weapon drop slot. Its farking moronic. Ive done 12 moogle wins and gotten 1 charm while other lsl members have done the same and gotten 3 weapons and 4 charms. THIS SHIT HAS TO STOP! After hundred of ifrits drop i never got a damn axe yet i got 8 ifrits canes multiple harpoons/bows and a fists. They really dont want us to play this game or they got there hands up there asses when they think about this dumb shit.


    * BTW DEVS! totems/nuts dropped at a fixed rate means a fixed rate u dipwads not just as rare/randomly as weapons.

    One thing I will agree on, totems that rarely drop and yet you need so many really are pointless

    hopefuly that gets fixed, there was no reason to even add them with how they did it

    Hmmm first they didn't want this to be like FFXI now they want it to? Sorry just started playing but pretty much seems to be that way.

    Instead of loot pools and what not how about some kind of point system where you gain a point per kill and after so many kills you can use the points to buy a weapon of you're choice. Not saying my idea is any good but I really don't want another FFXI endgame.

    remove the damn Darkmatter, make all DM drops into Nut/ifrit thing. Keep weapon drops the same.
