Is anything going to be done?
I keep getting the same guy in my Platinum matches (he's silver) and he either throws or DC's.
This is Aether DC and I'm sure most can tell who he is just by the initials P.R

This has been going on since season 1. Welcome to Feast.
All you can do is submit a report. Sometimes the GMs look at it and determine what course of action to take (if any). I had this happen on my data center (Primal) as well. Healers queuing in ranked just for the exp and standing at the entrance - no heals, no movement, nothing. Obviously I reported them. I asked the GM how they know if someone is purposefully throwing matches since they can't take video clips into consideration. He/she told me they look at combat logs and other things. If zero damage/heals were done and done consistently, then they take further action.
Of course, you can take that all with a grain of salt as sometimes the exact same people are reported again and again and nothing happens... /shrug.
It's not exactly a thrower it's the alt of another player. Pay attention to your enemy and you'll realize what's going on. We've tried already to do something about it but Square has ignored us.
I can't name names. AFAIK It's against forum rules.
But I have video proof from earlier that X player and Y player are obviously the same player because I record pretty much every match and I've been matched with Y player on my team and against multiple times.
Yeah they always disconnect against a specific player. Blatant throwing so they can give their main points.
Well not too long ago they were hacking too. Doesn't matter how many reports we submit either, nothing happens, and as far as im aware this has been going on for more than one season.
They are actually even infamous in the PvE community, everyone knows that person as the guy who was speedhacking for stupid numbers in I believe O4S. I think even Yoshi had called him out on it. But they're still around.
He's a testament to how little square enix seems to care about actually doing anything to solve the issues with cheating in this game.
