7/8 Static Looking for 1 ranged or SCH/AST

Hello,

We are an FC static group currently progressing on Exdeath Neo. We recently lost our Astrologian, and are seeking a SCH, AST, BRD, or MCH to replace him.

Due to scheduling conflicts and the loss of our healer we have not been playing much the past month or so other than getting 1-3S done each week. We would really like to get back into the swing of things, and expect to make swift progress on 4S once we fill our missing spot and return to our normal schedule.

Generally speaking, this group is made up of skilled players and expects to make quick progress in the next tier, as we typically progress quite fast compared to our hours invested. We are also planning on tackling the "Super Savage" content coming in patch 4.1. Because we only raid three hours a night, three days a week, you should be prepared to adapt quickly and iterate rapidly while learning content. We typically go for minimal downtime between pulls and have a preference to learn by doing.

We expect anyone who is interested in joining us to be reliable, punctual, and skilled at their role, but we are most interested in getting someone who is a good fit for us personality-wise. Current gear and level of progression isn't that important as long as the skill and attitude is there.

We raid Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 9:30 - 12:30 Eastern.
