I mean what other incentives would you give to players to help with the lack of healers in PVP?

If a person is new to healing in PVP, let them be new to that role and LEARN how to do that role. Just because they aren't a main healer in PVE/PVP, doesn't mean they can't learn to be a competent healer. I'm not the best at healing but I can keep my teammates up for a long time. I may have slip ups here and there, but that's my own faults in healing. If you guys don't allow for new players to learn how to be good healers then you'll be stuck with the small healer pool. Much like the tank mounts in PVE, you'll good tanks and bad tanks, but you need to let those who are tanking learn to be better tanks over time.
