When I tank - I make sure the group is still with me....I never leave and run off. It won't kill me to wait a bit. People who dont have this mentality..have no business tanking. - worse when they run off ahead of the tank. Tank isn't necessarily leader either....its a party effort..all or nothing.

As to the loot timer - yes..halve it...its way to long. You snooze you lose.
