Computer restarts when loading FFXIV

Since the launch of Stormblood my computer has taken issue with FF and I can't track down why. After I select my character and start loading I will either get into the game, or my computer will turn itself off then back on. I don't get any error messages, and the computer acts like it is a normal restart (no scan like a normal crash would cause). Nothing else but FFxiv causes this problem.

Is there a known conflict with the game and something else? I have played the game for years at highest settings without issue. Also I play the steam version in case that matters.

Intel i7-4790 cpu @ 3.60ghz
16 gb Ram
Nvidia GeForce GTX 960

Could be 3 things;

Your driver/Direct X setting is conflicting and or your monitor / video card may be conflicting. Depending on your system can cause that.

If your running a 32bit system rather than a 64bit system you may need to lower your specs or try running FFXIV in different modes, if Full Screen try window mode.

You could have some bad log/HD/Update pending in the background that may be restarting your PC. Could try restoration point if possible.
