Its been going on for two years. 4.01 made it more rampant than you can imagine. Ingame for five minutes? Crash. Changing zones? Oh no, we can't have that. Crash.

I've gone all out. Fresh installs of Windows 10 Pro, without creators update. Fresh installs of Windows 7 Home Premium. Crash.

DX11 used to be the only issue. Now, DX9 is following. It is not my computer if I have RMA'd parts just because of this shit, and each time it only happened with this game. At this point, I am convinced that Square Enix learned absolutely nothing from Final Fantasy XIV Online 1.0. How can I think otherwise when they break their own game, mark it as being looked into, then give us absolutely no updates? At least tell us you're still working on it.

There is absolutely no excuse for the total lack of support for this issue from Square Enix and the Dev Team. The forums are filled to the ery brim with endless threads and posts about DX11, and now DX9 as well, constantly crashing since 4.01. This is unacceptable, and a language barrier has not been an acceptable excuse since 2006, or even before. Consoles and PC game have been ported with proper English speaking support for years.

If Square Enix can honestly sit there and completely ignore the English forums, then this game is doomed. I never see anything. On this issue I have seen no Dev Team replies, or even admin replies. I have done total fresh installs. Malware and Antivirus programs turned off. Fresh FFXIV, Fresh 10, Fresh 7, Fresh everything.

Its not our computers Square Enix.

It. It. You. The errors even say, the DX11.exe file, was what failed. Your game, not our computers.

You've lost my sub, and many, many others.

Man, honestly? It feels like this game is run by Ubisoft and how they treat For Honor right now. Or all their games really. Let's make new content, instead of fixing what is clearly broken! Oh! Let's fix PVP damage rates, instead of working on this DX11 issue!

This is the Ubisoft approach. Its sad to see this game going that way. This issues been around since 2015, if not before. 4.01 just made it absolutely rampage across more user's computers.
