ok whats up with thunder >thundara?

why does it combo only 60-70% of the time? i dont see any conditions listed on the spell description, and i could use it, it fail to combo, stay in the exact same place, recast thunder, and it then combo the second time. is there something i'm doing wrong?

if it doesnt work than your thunder was resisted by the enemy. you can combo only if the spells fully hit the enemy and not partially.

from experience using mostly bilzzara in the moogle fight and other situations like the high level chocobo ecort.... Blizzard inflicts heavy which can be used for pulling mobs, and Blizzara is AoE bing so can be used to get away from the mob u pulled or in an oh shit i liked a bunch of stuff situation. I heard BLM gets Blizzaga so maybe they will be able to combo it, but it doesnt seem like the spells were made for damage as much as ultility.

I have to come to understand that it is designed more for crowd control and/or soloing. It does damage and allows you to get some distance betwen you and the enemy in one action.

That doesn't seem to be the case, as you can read on Class Reforms & Action Lists:

BLM Mag. 4 Deals ice damage to target and reduces enmity.

Though it may change eventually, there's no combo action planned for Blizzaga.
