GMT+8 Raid Farm Party looking for members

We all did clear o4s and we are now looking for members in order to farm the content every week. Need to be open to critique, criticism and of course a person that can get a long with other people.

In order to apply you have to had clear o4s or at least seen enrage at 1%.
In any case, we will "test" you in a o4s run.

Rules:

- Discord required.
If you join you have to always have a look at discord, since we will use that for any information. I will not stand if you do not have a look at it often (put it on your phone).

- You always have to be in time. Real life > Game offcourse, but since all of us are adults with work/wife/kids, we do our best to be on time. So always follow the schedule and be in game 5/10 minutes before the raid time. If for any reason you are not able to meet up, always write it on Discord.

- During raid times, you dont have to do anything else. You are with your static. Nothing else to say about this.

If you keep to break rules, you will use the same door you did use to enter. (I guess you understand what i mean with this).

We also use a "Penalities ticket" system in order to keep all clear:

You get a Yellow ticket when:
- Are in late more than 5 minutes
- Inform the static that you will miss the raid day with just 1 day advance
- You keep to fail on mechanics the whole raid day
- You do not reply within 24 hours on discord if you are mentioned @ or @everyone

You get a Red ticket when:
- You miss a raid day without informing us in advance
- You receive 2 Yellow tickets

If you get 3 Red tickets, you are out of the static.
Every month from your last ticket, the tickets will reset


We do raid 3 days at week for 3 hours:

Raid days:

Tuesday: 8pm - 11pm
Thursday: 8pm - 11pm
Sunday: 8pm - 11pm
