Combine Fields of Glory with Seal Rock.

Seal rock is too hard to que for. SE should just take a page from the feast, and combine them both into one duty que. Make it so that each one appears at random. They should all combine its titles, so that everyone can get the rewards. I also wouldn't mind if they added a couple more maps to make it a little less repetitive feeling.

Anything that stops it just being Shatter it's just not fun :c

I dunno if the roulette change will change anything personally. Most people just queue for Shatter straight since it's faster to requeue. It'll give some possible love to Seize and Secure, but overall Shatter will still be most seen.
