The problem is just that: the better healer wins the game, most of the time regardless of the other players. Healers can solo carry the match. Sure it's a team game but damage and DPS requires coordination to take down a good healer while healing doesn't require coordination to live from good DPS. Tanks can help protect and coordinate with healers but it's not necessary to have a good time if the enemy tank isn't good either, and tank-healer coordination boils down to put TBN up and forget about it for 10 seconds.
