1. I try getting divorced but can't. Sanctum Acolyte asks for Eternity Ring to annul bond.
2. Cannot find Eternity Ring, did /isearch for it and no results, looked up everywhere.
3. Waiting for a response since 3 months ago when I originally made this bug report.
*Add more steps if necessary

Will keep reporting bug every week until a bug fix becomes available, or YoshiP does something about it. Just want to be able to get married ingame again.

anyone having the same issue? I contacted Square Enix both Game Master Services ingame and outside, Help and Support Center. The GM told me it was a matter of the Help and Support Center and they Help and Support Center told me it was a matter of GM because they have no access whatsoever inside the game, which makes sense. After having a back and fourth conversation with GM services they ended up with the conclusion that they cannot do anything about it. To report a bug and wait for a fix. I have the feeling this issue wont be resolved and I feel sorry for SE and FFXIV that having so much personel working 24/7 on bug and fixes that they haven't been able to identify this problem after having it being reported by not just me but by numerous players across the Data Centers. All I ask is for this message to be directed to the highest authority in the game, someone above GM paygrade because apparently they cannot do anything about it but tell us to make a bug report that wont get fixed.

We have escalated your report and were informed that the Sanctum Acolyte will say that the previous eternal bond needs to be annulled in order to form another one, but he is only stating a fact with this statement. This should not prevent you from entering an eternal bond, so if your previous bond has already been annulled, you are able to do the eternal bond again.
