    Does SE take note of drop damand of the likes of deltascape? research drop balance?

    I am just wondering because right now, with how the system is setup, there is too high demand for bolts, springs, and shafts. I was wondering maybe they can try always dropping 3 of these items while single drops of the other stuff. I keep seeing the hand gear and head gear dropping to the floor while everyone rushes to these high wanted items.

    There is balance issues when you see that large amounts of those items dropping to the ground while everyone is after the same item.

    Another idea is to get rid of the need of the different currencies (to help with inventory bloat as well) and have auto drop 1 item per run like the weekly in 4.0. Basically you do each of them and have 4 of the same item for week, this allows you get a boy gear in say 1 week. However to take to gear a job completely would take same amount of time.

    Seeing as the ratio of belts to better stuff has always been abysmal, ever since 2.1 raids, I don't think they care. I wish they'd just kill the belt slot off. Only slot without a physical appearance, and because its on the left side, they always feel obliged to put it in boss chests in dungeons and 24 mans.

    Yeah, just reduce the stats of all players with removing a gear slot.

    You can offset it easily by increasing the stats on the other slots. It is something I never thought about, it seems like a good idea but i doono what ill do to crafting balance.

    That it another good idea, people did want to wear glasses and such with hats, so changing the waste slot and move it there is another way of doing things.

    Upgrade material used on belts in HW was the same as accessories. Why not just remove the belt only raid drop item and just lump it with all the other accessories on the right side atleast?

    I'm of the opinion that the drop rate is configured around making people do as many runs as possible. It's aggravating for the player, but makes the most sense from a design perspective -- if people got their desired loot in one-two lockouts, the queue times for people who did it later in the week would be pretty awful. You already see a spike upward in how long it takes, especially as a DPS, closer to Sun-Mon.

    Pretty much what ilea said. It can be frustrating though, I've been there. Just gotta keep trying, or try farming it casually. Been running Delta 4.0 for my weekly item, and rolling on a shaft. If I win? Great. If not, I'll try next week. Ended up getting 1 so far with this approach and I was able to keep my sanity. Personally though, I'd be fine with them making chest and body require 2 tokens a piece, seeing as that's how long it'd take for weekly tome gear.

    I have 2 suggestions:
    1. Make it so if a piece of loot is passed on by all players, it randomly goes to a player who hasn't got their drop for the week (even if they've left the duty before then, logged off, etc, so you can't simply avoid it), and count as their weekly drop. That would fix the wasted drops.
    2. A token system similar to Ex primals. Tokens are destroyed on loot eligibility reset, and upon getting loot. Tokens cannot be obtained if you are ineligible for loot. Trade in say 20 tokens, for an item from the raid (like how Savage does it). (this should be added regardless of whether they pick my idea, or your idea to move to single currency)

    As I'm sure you are well aware, it takes more than one person to be able to kick a player from a duty, so in all those instances there were at least two people agreeing they'd be better off without you tanking.
